Castle Human Resources is headquartered in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio and has served clients in this region since 2000. Castle has consistently maintained one of the highest client retention rates in the industry with average client tenure of 5.4 years. Additionally, the average tenure of Castle associates is 4.5 years and was voted as one of the Best Places to Work in 2006.
Ned Flynn, President
Mr. Flynn started his career in Accounting and Finance, earned his CPA designation while serving the clients of KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Flynn performed numerous audits and SEC filings during his tenure as well as having the fortunate opportunity to handle several merger and acquisition transactions with businesses from a variety of industries namely Real Estate, Construction, Restaurant Entertainment and Banking. Those experiences lead him to pursue an unlikely career move to Prudential Securities where he guided financial assets of more than $24,000,000. That lead him to further explore his interest in small business operations and a successful career in Human Resource Management. Mr. Flynn rose through the ranks and became a Regional Vice President of TeamStaff, a publicly traded PEO based in Tampa, Florida. At TeamStaff, Mr. Flynn oversaw exponential growth and profitability and was part of the company’s strategic restructuring with an acquisition by Gevity HR in 2003. After the acquisition, Mr. Flynn was recruited by CBS Personnel in Cincinnati, Ohio to reorganize its PEO operations, Employee Management Services. During his tenure Mr. Flynn oversaw 100% growth of revenues and 400% profit growth. Having achieved another milestone and looking to further expand his desire to grow within the industry, in 2007, Mr. Flynn formed Castle Human Resources LLC with a strategy to serve small businesses throughout the Ohio Valley.
Mr. Flynn is an active member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) serving on the Accounting Practices Committee since 2001. Flynn is a regular speaker at NAPEO meetings and has published several articles about his experiences with small businesses and the principals associated with the PEO industry.
